Every other Sunday, we host a week-long free behavior change challenge to help you to find greater happiness and more meaning in your life. To participate, all you need to do is check our Instagram Stories at 12pm PT every other Sunday!

Challenges run from Monday - Sunday and is hosted on Instagram, where you will be put into a small group with other New Happy members
Each day at 8:00am PT, you'll be given a 5-10 minute exercise to complete over the next 24 hours
