The New Happy Way

This is not an ordinary course. Our founder’s extensive experience in psychology, behavior change and learning design comes together in our proprietary New Happy course methodology.

The result? Something you’ve never seen before, leading to the changes that you’ve dreamed of.

Course Experience

  • 7 days to lasting change: Courses kick off each Monday and conclude seven days later, on Sunday evening. Plan to set aside about 10-15 minutes every day for your exercises.

  • All the information to get started: Once you purchase your course, you’ll receive an email with everything you need to get started, including how to connect with your cohort, your first day’s challenge, and the facilitator’s contact information for any support you need along the way.

  • Invite your community: Tell your friends, family colleagues, or housemates to sign up and participate with you, too! We don’t change on our own — we change in community. The course has a 5 person minimum cohort size to help ensure you’re supported at each step. Help your community find happiness, too!

Note: You’ll need to have an Instagram account (or be willing to make one) to participate, as the community aspect is facilitated through that platform.
